Shipping & Delivery
Vèlle Milano delivers exclusively within European Union territories. For purchases originating outside the European Union, please contact our team at shop@vellemilano.com, who will be pleased to assist you with a tailored arrangement.
Delivery Times and Costs
– International Shipping – 4 to 5 business days (excluding customs clearance), Monday to Friday – €40.00. Business days are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding public holidays.
– Delivery times may vary depending on export documentation. Shipments requiring CITES certificates will involve additional costs and preparation time.
– Customs clearance may cause delays. Vèlle Milano cannot guarantee a precise delivery date for shipments subject to inspection.
– Personalised items will be delivered within approximately 5 working weeks.
– All shipments are handled by DHL. A confirmation email will be sent upon dispatch. An adult’s signature is required upon delivery. If delivery is unsuccessful after three consecutive attempts, a notice with further instructions will be provided.
– Orders are shipped under Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms. Import duties and taxes are not included and are the customer’s responsibility.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
