Originally crafted in the mid-1900s, this iconic Louis Vuitton trunk has been respectfully restored and reimagined by the Vèlle design studio. Its historical soul is carefully preserved, while a new purpose is introduced through a fully redesigned interior that transforms the trunk into a refined and functional collectible. The intervention is conceived as a dialogue between past and present, where heritage is not altered but elevated.

The interior design was developed in collaboration with Alessio Lorenzi, an Anglo-Italian collector of art and unique objects, whose vision brings a cultured and highly personal approach to the piece. Inside, a handcrafted cigar humidor is paired with a smooth-access accessories drawer and a series of removable walnut shelves, offering flexibility and precision. The entire interior is finished in premium Italian walnut and soft-touch microfiber, blending craftsmanship, material richness, and contemporary elegance into a singular, timeless object.
